Simplifying the Alan Boswell Group corporate structure

Since we began, over 35 years ago, there have been a number of acquisitions where the acquired company would become a new Limited company with a separate Alan Boswell insurance style name.

This led to the formation of Alan Boswell Insurance Services Ltd (ABIS) in Attleborough, Alan Boswell Insurance Management Ltd (ABIM) in Bury and Alan Boswell Insurance Advisers Ltd (ABIA) in Peterborough, Boston and Grimsby.

ABIS was absorbed into Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers Ltd (ABIB) last year and we have now taken the decision to absorb ABIM and ABIA into ABIB by the end of this financial year (31st March 2021).  This simplifies the structure of the Group, reduces duplication and enhances efficiencies.

There are no changes to clients of S-Tech Insurance Services Ltd (as of 2023, S-Tech has been rebranded to Alan Boswell Group. You can read more about this here).

Please be assured that this won’t affect your experience as an Alan Boswell Group client. You’ll still be dealing with the same people, at the same office, using the same contact details. The only visible change will be the company name on letterheads and emails. We remain committed to providing you with a first class personal service.
