Head of Healthcare

Alex Mhandu heads up the Healthcare department and joined Alan Boswell Group in 2012 from NFU Mutual. He has worked in financial services for over 15 years, with previous roles including mortgage consultancy and as an MI analyst for Royal Bank of Scotland.

Alex spearheads a dynamic, growing team that provides Private Medical Insurance (PMI) solutions for individuals, families, and sole traders, through to large corporates. This includes international and UK PMI, cash plans, dental schemes, occupational health and employee assistance programmes. His areas of expertise are healthcare and protection which extends to business protection and group risk, with solutions tailored to suit a client’s needs, as well as budget.

Outside of work Alex is usually seen on a cricket field, playing football, or trying to keep fit in the gym.
