Dee initially completed her A Levels in sport and graphic design, however when considering her career path she decided to join Norwich Union (now Aviva) in 2005. After 3 years of mortgage endowments, she decided to progress within the company and learn new skills and joined the Corporate Team in financial services in 2008. After 2 years of working as a Corporate Accountant Support Consultant, Dee was promoted to a Senior Consultant.

In 2013, Dee joined Alan Boswell & Co to expand her knowledge and help promote Auto Enrolment in the workplace for existing clients and also help drive new business.

Dee is married and loves spending time with family and friends.

She is also a qualified karate instructor, as well as running her own club, Dee is also 7 x World Champion in mixed martial arts. She also holds National and County Champion titles.
