Hayley joined Alan Boswell nearly 13 years ago, having previously worked for Heath Lambert joining them straight from school.

Hayley has been happily married for over 30 years to Rob, and has 2 children.

In her spare time, she has been a supporter and Season Ticket Holder of Norwich City for many years and enjoys the ups and downs that come with this.

Hayley got her first dog 3.5 years ago, a Labrador, named Billy, and life has not been quite the same since, but in a very good way.
