Team Leader - Claims

James studied Business Studies and Leisure and Recreation at college before starting his career in insurance at Norwich Union (Aviva) as a commercial property claims handler. After a year in property claims, he moved into motor fleet claims and then into a specialist area dealing with credit hire. James joined Alan Boswell Group in 2006 as a claims handler.

James joined Alan Boswell Group in 2006 as a claims handler. While initially dealing with claims for all policy types James, now specialises in motor claims – particularly commercial motor products such as motor trade, fleet and self-drive hire. Outside of work James loves his cricket and is a Norwich City FC fan.
