Head of Credit Insurance

Laurence started his working life as a Navigation Officer in the Merchant Navy before leaving to join the world of finance.

Initially working in the Personal finance arena, he moved to a subsidiary of Midland Bank developing an expertise in commercial lending and risk assessment.

In 1996 Laurence established a credit broking business before merging it with S-Tech, who were bought by Alan Boswell Group in 2016.

Today, Laurence heads up the Credit & Surety division for the group with a team of five experienced staff.

With five children and four grandchildren, Laurence spends most of his spare time on family pursuits but grabs the odd moment to watch Arsenal FC win the occasional game.
