Group Personal Lines Trainer
Michelle started her career in insurance with her first full time job at a small Norwich broker back in 1985. After working at The AA on Thorpe Road in Norwich (which later became the ABG head office) for many years, Michelle joined Alan Boswell Group in June 1999.
Starting out as a sales and customer service adviser, Michelle soon moved to Team Manager and is now the Group’s Personal Lines Technical Trainer. In addition to giving our employees the best knowledge and training, Michelle also continues to manage her own book of clients and plays a major role in the running of our Broads Boat Scheme.
Michelle’s focus has always been on providing first class customer service and this has led to her building many client portfolios over the years – some clients remaining with the business for over 20 years.
Outside of work, Michelle reached 2nd Dan black belt in Shotokan Karate but her passion has moved to skiing at the local snow sports club. She hopes she will be good enough to join the race team at some stage in the future.
Michelle is also a sub-committee member for the Alan Boswell Group Charitable Trust, which she is very passionate about.
