Phil Thorpe began his insurance career with Eagle Star in Norwich in 1975 before joining NW Brown Insurance Brokers in 1987, where he remained until 2017 and latterly served as Broking and Managing Director. Phil’s specialisms include Life Sciences, Technology and Education risks, with particular expertise in Cyber Insurance and supporting clients through detailed contract reviews to ensure comprehensive risk transfer and protection.
Phil joined ABG in December 2017 as a Director. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance and is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute, reflecting his technical expertise and long-standing commitment to professional excellence within the insurance industry.
