Group Development Executive

Richard joined Alan Boswell Group in 2007, following an education at Wymondham College. During his time with Alan Boswell Group, Richard has seen the company grow to its current position and has developed specialist knowledge across a large cross-section of industries including agriculture and professional sectors.

He left Alan Boswell Group in 2013 for five years to join AF Group, a nationwide agricultural buying group, as Insurance Business Manager, helping to develop the company’s insurance offering to its members.

In 2018 Richard returned to Alan Boswell Group with the desire to work in a growing and dynamic company. Furthermore, he is currently studying for his Insurance Diploma and believes in providing independent and honest advice to clients with the highest level of customer service.

Outside work, Richard enjoys music and often attends music concerts and festivals. He’s a life-long Norwich City fan and a season ticket holder, and enjoys travelling.
