Roy has worked in Claims his entire working life and has a wide knowledge of many areas including have previously specialised in Uninsured Loss, Legal Expense and Credit Hire he now deals with all types of claim.  He is very customer focused and often puts himself into battle with the insurer to obtain the best possible deal for the client.
