Simon Ventham
Strategic Director
Simon has worked in insurance his whole career, having joined Sedgwick Insurance Brokers (now Marsh) after his A-levels. He subsequently moved on, spending several years at Aviva. Joining the company in 2012, Simon spent time as the Group’s Projects Manager before moving to Strategic Director. Simon works across the business, having had exposure to a variety of business areas during his career.
