Best Landlord Insurance Provider 2024

We’re delighted to have been awarded ‘Best Landlord Insurance Provider‘ at the National Landlord Investment Show Awards 2024 in recognition of the commitment of our landlord's team to providing excellent customer service and marketing-leading insurance protection. This is the fifth year in a row we have received this award, having been crowned winner in 2018, 2019, 2022 and 2023 (and a pandemic hiatus in 2020 and 2021), and follows a successful year for our landlords team which also saw us retain our Which? Best Buy for a second year.

The National LIS Awards recognise excellence and professionalism in the private rented sector. Held in London, the awards ceremony brings together representatives from diverse industries such as finance, taxation, property development, letting agencies, and insurance.

The winners were chosen based on a combination of public vote and a panel of industry experts.
