National Landlord Investment Show Awards

We’re delighted to have been crowned ‘Best Landlord Insurance Provider‘ for the fourth time at the National Landlord Investment Show Awards, recognising the brilliant work put in by our Landlords team. This follows victories in 2018, 2019 and 2022. With a Covid hiatus in 2020 and 2021 we have held this top honour for the past six years.

The National LIS Awards celebrate excellence within the private rented sector. The awards ceremony is held in London with representatives from a variety of industries present at the event, including finance, letting agents, local authorities and landlord insurance providers.

The winners were chosen by a panel of industry experts and online voting.

London Landlord Accreditation Scheme Awards

In 2019 we were awarded Best Landlord Insurance Provider at the London Landlord Accreditation Scheme Awards!

The event brought together over 500 individuals from different areas of the property market, including landlords, agents, and investors. The theme for the night was to discover how everyone working within the private rented sector could adapt, change and thrive in 2019. As for the awards themselves, there were 12 categories altogether, with NIA Insurance and Landlord Insurance Ltd as the other finalists within the Best Landlord Insurance Provider category.

Which?

We’ve recently been reviewed by Which.co.uk who analysed landlord policies from major providers and surveyed more than 700 landlords to gather real customer reviews. They determined one of our products is the best in the UK!

Chartered Insurance Brokers

Whilst not an ‘award’ in the traditional sense, our insurance operations have also achieved Chartered Insurance Broker status from the Chartered Insurance Institute. It is a public declaration of professional standards, encompassing a series of commitments – including ongoing people development, alignment of ethics and values, committing to ‘customer first’ values, supporting wider social initiatives, and wearing the ‘Chartered badge’ with pride.

With over 6,200 reviews, we currently have a rating of 4.9 out of 5 for our customer service and 4.7 out of 5 for our landlord insurance products.

Being able to read honest feedback from real customers not only helps our customers with their buying decisions but it helps us too.
