We're thrilled that Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers have been awarded Feefo's top award of ‘Platinum Trusted Service’ for 2025 - the eighth year in a row we've received this accolade.

To achieve Platinum status, businesses must maintain a rating of 4.5 or higher for at least three years, demonstrating a sustained commitment to customer service.

In 2025, we received 1,327 reviews and achieved:

  • Customer service score of 4.9/5

  • Product score of 4.8/5
