Alan Boswell Group colleagues named finalists at Women in Insurance Awards 2026

We’re delighted to announce that two colleagues have been named finalists at the Women in Insurance Awards 2026, which celebrate excellence and achievement across the UK general insurance market.

Jess Turner

Jess Cliffe has been shortlisted for the Most Inspiring Returner Award. Jess joined Alan Boswell Group in 2019 as part of the self-drive hire team and has since progressed to lead the Group’s motor insurance team. The category recognises women who have returned to work within the last two years following maternity leave or another career break, and who have acted as role models for others seeking to balance career and family life.

Alice Legood has been shortlisted for the Young Insurance Woman of the Year Award. Alice joined the Group as an apprentice in 2018 and has continued to build her career within the commercial insurance division, completing successive insurance sector qualifications and achieving ACII Chartered status in 2025. The award recognises women under 30 working in the UK general insurance sector who have impressed colleagues through their ambition, professionalism, and commitment to excellence.

Gillian Anderson-Brown, HR Director at Alan Boswell Group, said: “We’re thrilled that Alice and Jess have been named finalists at the Women in Insurance Awards. Their nominations are a well-deserved recognition of the commitment, professionalism, and positive impact they have demonstrated within the sector. We are very proud to see their achievements recognised on a national platform.”
