Third Which? Best Buy Accolade for Our Landlord Insurance

We’re delighted that our landlord insurance has been recognised with a new Which? Best Buy by the independent consumer champions, further cementing the Group’s reputation in the landlord insurance market and backing up previous Which? Best Buy status achieved in 2023 and 2024. In determining the Best Buys, Which? surveyed over 800 landlord insurance policyholders to provide a customer score and rated 116 elements of each policy to provide a policy score. The elements of cover analysed included buildings, contents, liability, rent cover, and the excesses. Our Aviva policy received the highest score out of the policies rated, reflecting the value of working with a specialist landlord insurance broker.

We have been insuring UK properties for over 40 years and have won multiple awards for our landlord insurance, including Best Landlord Insurance Provider at the National LIS Awards. We work with insurance companies to design landlord insurance policies, using our extensive expertise to improve and adapt our policies as the rental sector changes. We have a number of landlord insurance schemes that are exclusive to us, including policies with Covea and SAGIC, as well as our current Which? Best Buy Aviva landlord insurance policy, and our NIG landlord insurance policy, which achieved a Best Buy in 2023 and 2024.
