Marketing Executive SEO

We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Executive to join our team with a strong emphasis on SEO.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for search engine optimisation to play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our website.

The candidate will work alongside and report to the lead SEO executive, while supporting the marketing team with a broad range of marketing activity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website ranking and visibility on search engines.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify valuable opportunities for content optimisation and creation.
  • Perform on-page and off-page optimisation to enhance website performance and increase organic traffic.
  • Monitor, report and analyse website analytics, SEO performance metrics, and trends to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into website development and content creation processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, search engine algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve SEO strategies.
  • General support of wider marketing activity as and when required.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving organic search performance.
  • Solid knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO techniques, including keyword research, link building, and technical SEO.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Experience with content planning, including keyword research, and content briefing.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools, such as AHREFS, SEMrush, Sitebulb, and Search Console.
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite, including Excel for reporting and analysis.

Desirable Skills:

  • Knowledge of paid media, PPC, AdWords, Google Display Network, Bing Ads.
  • Strong understanding of content gap analysis and content roadmaps.
  • Solid understanding of JSON-LD schema.
  • Tag Manager expertise.
