If you are involved in property and have access to a number of property-owner clients/contacts then we would love to talk to you about our Property Introducer Scheme. Whether you run an agency, write a property blog or are a property finance professional, we have options that will benefit you.
Being an introducer of our insurance products provides benefits, no matter what type of business you run. Our bespoke propositions are tailored to each individual opportunity.
We have been working within the property insurance sector for more than 30 years. We have an excellent reputation and are the insurance partner of choice for high-profile associations and companies. With our UK-wide sales force and excellent over-the-phone and online services, we are in a great position to provide individual solutions. We work with some of the UK’s top insurance companies and have our own unique products, as well as delegated authority for some partners, allowing us to provide a quick and efficient service.
As an organisation that partners with other businesses, we must ensure that our reputation for professionalism and first-class service is mirrored by those we work with. As such, the natural choice for an insurance partner was Alan Boswell Group.

Whether you’re a letting agent or estate agent, you have access to a constant stream of new customers who all have insurance needs. Our proposition allows you to complement your service while having the ability to earn additional income. You can either earn commission, or incorporate some of the products within your service and set your own pricing structure.
If you are involved in finance for properties, then you will often be talking to clients when they most need insurance. We work with some large mortgage brokers and they are really seeing the financial value in referring insurance to us, you too could benefit from this.
We currently provide insurance for members of many landlord associations and accreditation schemes across the UK, so when it comes to affinity schemes for landlords, we know what we’re talking about.
Providing a cost-effective, specialist insurance scheme is a great opportunity. It will help you to:
Many associations have been able to reduce their members’ insurance costs, provide a first-class membership benefit and also boost their income. The revenue from the insurance scheme has enabled them to support other services for members – a win-win-win situation!
Property advice websites, whether providing guidance about purchasing or buy-to-let properties, are a great source of new enquiries for insurance. As with other property introducers, there is the opportunity to earn income from referrals and also to develop unique propositions to differentiate yourselves.
Our rent guarantee and legal expenses insurance complement tenant referencing facilities perfectly. With one of the cheapest and most comprehensive offerings in the market we are incredibly well placed to partner with referencing companies. We can provide a variety of options and tailored solutions to dovetail with your services while allowing you to earn income from referrals.
Enhance the service you provide to your clients, members and tenants by offering affordable and competitively priced products. You will earn commission for every policy taken out as well as on annual renewals.
From day one you’ll have your own friendly account manager who will support you in marketing the products and help you to maximise your income. Whenever your clients contact us they will receive an equally professional and personal service from our experienced in-house team.
You’ll be partnered with a trusted, established, award-winning brand which has arranged competitive insurance for tens of thousands of UK landlords and tenants over the last 35 years.
Simply put, you refer business to us and we will share our earnings with you. This share of earnings can be used as a rebate to discount insurance, as part of a marketing fund or simply as income for your business.
This is dependent on the volume of business you are able to drive. Many of our introducers earn five-figure sums on a yearly basis.
We work with a standard introducer agreement, as approved by the FCA, which clearly sets out the terms of the agreement and what you can and can’t do as an introducer. In simple terms, an introducer provides us with the opportunity and we do the rest.
You will continue to own the client, although from an insurance angle we will own the client due to the regulation requirements.
You will continue to earn a share of commission, as agreed, for as long as you are actively working with us. Either party has the right to give notice of termination for reasons set out in the introducer agreement.
