How it works

Enhance the service you provide to your clients, members and tenants by offering affordable and competitively priced products. You will earn commission for every policy taken out as well as on annual renewals.

From day one you’ll have your own friendly account manager who will support you in marketing the products and help you to maximise your income. Whenever your clients contact us they will receive an equally professional and personal service from our experienced in-house team.

You’ll be partnered with a trusted, established, award-winning brand which has arranged competitive insurance for tens of thousands of UK landlords and tenants over the last 35 years.


  • Simply put, you refer business to us and we will share our earnings with you. This share of earnings can be used as a rebate to discount insurance, as part of a marketing fund or simply as income for your business.

  • As an independent insurance broker we have access to a wealth of business and personal insurance products. The products that would be of interest to property introducers are: Home Insurance, Landlord Insurance, Legal Expenses, Key Care, Rent Guarantee and Home Emergency Cover.

  • This is dependent on the volume of business you are able to drive. Many of our introducers earn five-figure sums on a yearly basis.

  • We work with a standard introducer agreement, as approved by the FCA, which clearly sets out the terms of the agreement and what you can and can’t do as an introducer. In simple terms, an introducer provides us with the opportunity and we do the rest.

  • You will continue to own the client, although from an insurance angle we will own the client due to the regulation requirements.

  • You will continue to earn a share of commission, as agreed, for as long as you are actively working with us. Either party has the right to give notice of termination for reasons set out in the introducer agreement.
