Customer service scores secure top award
We’re delighted to reveal that independent review site Feefo has given us its top accolade for the third year in a row, thanks to our outstanding customer service ratings in 2017.
The Gold-Trusted Service Award is presented to ‘brands that go above and beyond’, achieving an average service score of at least 4.5/5 from customer reviews.
In 2017 our general insurance teams beat that benchmark for the third time, securing an overall score of 4.8 from 1,052 reviews. We’re especially pleased to report that a huge 96.4% of these reviews rated us at 4 stars or higher. You can take a look at our feedback here.
Feefo is an independent review site that collects genuine feedback to help customers make informed buying decisions. We joined forces with them back in 2015 to give potential customers an insight our dedication to consistently delivering outstanding customer service. Not only that, but it also allows us to supplement ongoing staff training, by identifying any areas for celebration or improvement.
