Senior Financial Planner

John began his working life with NatWest in Manchester and later moved to Equity & Law.

In 1989 he was invited to head up the financial planning division of UK-wide solicitors Eversheds. He remained with them for 13 years until that business was acquired by Alan Boswell Group. John has been instrumental in forging strong links between the Financial Services division and the accountancy and legal professions and in 2006 was appointed its Managing Director.

In 2022, John decided to take a step back from the boardroom to focus on client work while enjoying more time with his family.

John is qualified to Diploma level.

He has three children and enjoys playing golf and a spot of cricket when he can.
